The Student Health Insurance Plan is a platinum-level Open Choice PPO, the highest rating under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), providing exceptional nationwide and international coverage. Underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company, it can function as your primary insurance or coordinate with another plan, providing up to 100% coverage. Enrollment and Coverage Periods
The student insurance fee is automatically included in your tuition and fees if you're enrolled in:
- 9+ credit hours during fall or spring
- 6+ credit hours during summer
