How to Make an Appointment
The Student Health Services medical clinic sees patients by appointment only. You can request to see a specific provider.
Students may schedule online through web-booking or call the appointment line at (309) 438-2778.If you have questions and are not sure if you need an appointment, please call Nurse Consult at (309) 438-RNRN. Both phone lines are open 8:15am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday.
*Radiology Services Temporarily Unavailable* The radiology department will not be in service 9/25 - 9/29. If the reason for your visit to SHS may require imaging (x-ray), please be advised that you may be referred to an outside radiology facility to obtain imaging. Your appointment with an SHS provider will not be affected. Radiology services are expected to be in service again starting 10/2/2023. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How to Cancel an Appointment
Students are expected to keep their scheduled appointments or cancel at least one hour prior to the appointment. Students who do not keep an appointment or cancel one hour (24 hour cancellation for psychiatry) prior to their appointment will be charged a missed-appointment or late cancellation fee.
You may cancel by using our Secure website or a 24-hour cancellation line is available. A student may leave a message to cancel an appointment anytime by calling (309) 438-CNCL
