Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card or posted to the student's University account. Students may obtain an itemized bill from the Business Office suitable for insurance filing. Students may submit bills first to primary insurance and then to Student Insurance. The presence or absence of insurance does not affect access to the clinic, nor does it affect the charges incurred in the clinic.

Cancellation Policy for Psychiatric Appointments
Please cancel psychiatric appointments at least 24 hours in advance to respect practitioners' and patients' time. Failure to do so incurs the missed appointment fees outlined above.
