Student Health Services

- If you have a medical need and the online appointment times listed on the secure student portal are not convenient, please call the appointment line at (309) 438-2778 (APPT).

Student Counseling Services
- Online scheduling is only for new or inactive clients. Use it to book a brief triage appointment.
- A triage is a 20–30 minute meeting to talk about your concerns and get guidance on the best next steps—on campus, in the community, or at SCS.
- If no appointments are available today, please check the scheduling portal TOMORROW, call us TOMORROW at (309) 438-3655, or walk in TOMORROW during business hours.
- If you’re in crisis, stop using online scheduling and call SCS at (309) 438-3655 to speak with the on-call counselor—or walk in to speak with one.
- For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
