Students will automatically be assessed the Student Health Insurance fee for the term for which they register for the minimum number of hours. For fall and spring terms, students must be registered for nine (9) or more credit hours by the 15th calendar day of the semester. For summer term, students must be registered for six (6) or more credit hours by the 8th calendar day of the first summer session.

Students who are only charged outreach fees are NOT charged the Student Health Insurance fee. Typically, these students are only enrolled in courses offered off-campus or exclusively online.
Other eligible students who want coverage must pay the fee on an individual basis.
